Hi everyone, and welcome to Newsletter 19. The year has got off to a flying start, with March already here. With that comes the fast approach to the Easter Break, a very popular time for campers and caravanners to get out and about. Lifetime Membership Ending Soon
The lifetime membership is going to end soon. We have decided that we will only be taking 100 more Lifetime Memberships, then after that, there will only yearly memberships available.
So if you have been sitting on the fence, head on over now to lock in your LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP
With the anticipated arrival of our new weather overlay which will be introduced into the Premium App shortly, we wish to advise that once this feature is added, we will be ceasing our current LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP Offer.
The Lifetime Membership was always our way of saying Thank You for joining us early in our development whilst we were still adding benefits to the Premium Member Club.
Now however, with all the improvements we have added, and ever increasing costs, due to increased users, we will be reverting to Annual Memberships only.
Therefore, for those wishing to take last minute advantage of our LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP, we have extended the offer to the next 100 MEMBERSHIPS. Once these Lifetime Memberships are taken, the offer will be discontinued and only Annual Memberships will be available.
Improvements to the Club, Website & App will still continue. The website is currently being upgraded and our Journey Planner & Travel Diary are both currently under development.
For lifetime members, these will be included at no extra cost. Pay once and never pay again.

Web Directory Upgrade
Now that we have the Free version of the App up and running, we are currently spending time on upgrading the website. After 5 years the old girl is a bit tired and in need of improvements. During this time, some of you may have noticed that the search screen is missing.
Don’t worry, it will be back soon, better and faster. We have been severely chastised by some users for removing it, but we do remind those people that the whole of the website service, whilst free to use, does come at a cost to us, so we would appreciate your patience whilst we try to improve on things.
In the meantime, please try out the FREE version of the App. It is free to use, you can still find the same sites, but is much faster than the website was. There are a few limitations compared to the premium version, but they will still not stop you finding some great campsites and RV related businesses while you travel.

Looking for more Campers to Volunteer
In our last update we let you know about some projects that Blaze Aid are currently preparing in flood effected areas of outback Queensland. We would like to thank everyone for the overwhelming response we have had to this call for help.
However, we still need more.
We are being asked daily if we have any more Free Range Camping Members that can help. This week we were in contact with our partners Outback Links also known as Frontier Services who have several teams out assessing heavily affected areas and gearing up for long term help to be provided to those that need it most.

Coober Pedy – The Opal Town
If you want to see somewhere unique in your travels, then can’t go past Coober Pedy in South Australia.
Known as the Opal Capital of the world, Coober Pedy still rates high on our list of favourite places to visit during our travels. We had only heard snippets about the underground houses and opals, so to actually see them was a real eye opener.
It was a few years ago that we went there, and we were only there for a short time, but packed so much in and had some of the best experiences.
So if you are thinking of doing the trip up the middle this year, have a quick ready of our Coober Pedy experience and find out about some of the places we visited.

Travellers Stories – Meet Kaye, Brian & Chica from FWPT
What exactly is FWPT? Find out as we introduce you to some fellow travellers who are going to be joining us as regulars on Free Range Camping.
Brian & Kaye although previously avid international travellers are relatively new to the world of camping and caravanning and are gearing up to become full time travellers here in OZ. They have extensive knowlede of the pet industry and a particular an interest in travelling with pets .
So its only natural they have combined travelling with pets with their other passions which happen to be Food Wine and Travel, making them the perfect fit for Free Range Camping as that is also what many of our members Love.
Brian & Kaye are currently preparing for full time life on the road and at the same time busy putting together their own website which will be called Food-Wine-Pets-Travel (FWPT), so we thought we would introduce them here and give you all a taste of what is to come.

Strainer meet Bucket meet Campers
A brand new product to the market this month. The Strucket is a hybrid Bucket & Straining system that is ideal around the Campsite. You can use it to wash and dry your dishes, store wet clothes, and our favourite, use it as a mini washing machine with its unique agitator action.
