Free Search & Filter Functions
We recently released the new Free Version of our App, which allows anyone to find thousands of campsites right around Australia. We have now just added a search and filter function that allows you to drill down on your search criteria and easily find sites that are relevant to your requirements. Weather Overlay on Maps & Campsites
Also, due for release real soon, is the brand new weather overlay we have been telling you about. See the 7 day forecast at your chosen campsite, including tide times, wind warnings, and even sunset/sunrise times. We are in the final stages now as we have a version we are currently testing and debugging, but if you want to have a sneak peek, watch the video below to see how it will work.

All you need to know about collecting your new caravan
It’s Showtime again! And with a host of Caravan and Camping shows well underway right around the country, it is a popular time for people to take the plunge and take advantage of some great deals on new caravans and motorhomes. The shows are a great place to do this, but whether you are buying a display model, or ordering a new van that will take time to build and deliver, in each and every instance, you should undertake a thorough Pre Delivery Inspection.
To assist you further with this, we have provided an article from Colin of the Caravan Council of Australia. In his article, Colin gives some great tips on what you should do when taking delivery of your new caravan or motorhome.

This week we have a quick and easy tip from a Free Range Camping member, Rene. Rene has found some great uses for the old pool noodle that are simple to prepare and to use in the caravan or motorhome.
Her first tip is for the Noodles that have a whole down the middle. Simply slice along the entire length of the noodle and they can then be placed over guy ropes for higher visibility.
She has also used them to stop things moving around in cupboards. Cut the noodle into the desired size you need, preferably a little oversize and use it to wedge between items to hold things in place.
Rene has used it here both vertically and horizontally to stop her plastic container moving around.
