Cabonne Region, NSW
It is an area that may not be familiar to you, but nestled in between the more well-known town’s of Dubbo, Orange and Parks in NSW, lies the Cabonne Region. Made up of a handful of quaint little towns and villages, the areas lies in rich fertile countryside making it an important part of Australia’s Food Bowl.
From Gold Robberies to Fish Museums, and Hot Air Ballooning, each town has its own unique feel and history to it which will keep you exploring for days on end.

Big 4 Wagga Wagga
This is a new segment of our newsletter where each month we plan on doing an in depth review on a chosen campsite and highlight some of the features of it. It could be a free camp, campground or caravan park. With so many great places to choose from we are going to base our reviews on places we have stayed at ourselves that really stand out, or on places that have been highly recommended by other campers.
We are going to start off with the Big 4 Wagga Wagga mainly because we have been here for a few weeks now which has given us plenty of time to check out the park and see how it operates.

The Folding BBQ & Fire Pit
A few months ago, we gave one of our Premium Club Members the chance to win one of these amazing little Quokka Folding BBQ Fire Pits, courtesy of OzWit. Joy & Kim were the winners and have since been on a camping trip where they tell us the Fire Pit is getting lots of use.
We are now happy to say that we the full range of Quokka's available in the Free Range Camping Shop. We have pulled one apart and given it a good road test and are very happy with the results.
